Returns

No Refunds Allowed. Authorized Exchanges Only.

Provided the merchandise is unused, you may request to exchange any item within 30 calendar days after you receive the merchandise. Used product will not be authorized for exchange.

Exchanges will be shipped to you in accordance with our normal shipping schedule (see "Shipping" section below).

An "In-Store Credit" (it never expires), less shipping, will be issued to you for any authorized Return. You may apply the credit to any future purchase from ShoeSalon.com.

No Exchanges will be accepted without our advance authorization. A Return Authorization Number, that we provide, must be written on the outside of each carton containing the product authorized, or the delivery will be refused.  Any action we take is at our sole discretion.

Product must be returned in the original product packaging, packed in a separate shipping box or container.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways, and charges are non-refundable.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotional discounts are not applicable to previous purchases, not redeemable for cash, and may not be stacked or combined with other offers unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.

Refunds or credits for the return of items purchased using promotional discounts are subject to adjustment and/or additional charges based on the reversal of the applicable promotion. For example, consider a promotion offering a $25 discount off a minimum total order of $125… If the order totaled $130 and a $25 item is returned, the adjusted order amount would decrease to $105 (less than the minimum required for the promotion). In that case, the $25 promotional discount would be reversed, resulting in a refund or credit of $0. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges also may apply.

Canceling an Order

Should you wish to cancel an order, you must call and reach us during regular business hours, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday Central Standard Time, before your order is picked up by the carrier.  Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Notification

  • VOICEMAIL or EMAIL notifications are NOT acceptable, as we cannot govern when we will receive them.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it CANNOT be canceled.

Shipping

All orders are processed & shipped as quickly as they are received where it is possible.  We know getting your purchase to you quickly is what we both want.  We do, however,  reserve a 2 to 5 business day (Monday-Friday) shipping window after the date of your order, including express service in case there is a problem, regardless of the nature of the problem. With "Express Shipping", UPS & USPS Guarantees Next Day delivery... UPS 2nd Day is NOT guaranteed. Customer requests for "Delivery Confirmation/Signature Required, constitute an additional charge added after the request by the customer. The timing of all shipments is subject to inventory availability.

ShoeSalon.com is not liable for any site glitch in shipping calculation errors or omissions or typos in content on the site or notifications sent out and shall have the right to make any correction necessary without recourse.

We ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada. 

All published shipping costs are for the continental United States and for Alaska, Hawaii, The Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada (USPS). Customer requests for "Delivery Confirmation/Signature Required, constitute an additional charge added after the request by the customer.

In the event any item you order is "temporarily out of stock" or no longer available, you will be notified within 48 business hours of an approximate ship date if the item will later be available.

We do ship to APO's via USPS.

If you will be using a "Store Credit" or a "Shoe Salon Gift Certificate," please call our Customer Service department at 850-654-5252 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Saturday. 

Free shipping offers are valid only for USPS Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (Alaska, Hawaii and the islands are NOT included). ShoeSalon.com reserves the right at its discretion to charge for shipping when any portion of an order is canceled and the resulting adjusted order amount is less than the minimum amount then required to qualify for free shipping.

All gift certificates will be shipped via USPS.

All shipments are additionally subject to the policies, terms, and conditions of the third-party carrier.

Packages will be shipped only to the address you specify in your order and cannot be forwarded by you. Any package redirected or forwarded will result in an $15.00 address correction fee.  If, as a result of any inaccurate information you provide in your order, regardless of nature or any package(s) shipped to you are returned to us, you are immediately liable for any additional shipping and handling charges (address correction fee of $15.00) we incur to receive and/or re-ship the package(s). If a different shipping destination becomes necessary after you have submitted your order, or if you require other shipping accommodations, you must contact our Customer Service department 850-654-5252 immediately. Although we will make every reasonable attempt to meet your needs, we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated after submission of your order.  Any charges or fees imposed by the carrier will be charged to you.

Upon submission of your order, you consent that the carrier may leave your package at or near your front door without obtaining a signature to accept delivery and that such delivery shall constitute fulfillment of our obligation to deliver. You may, however, include a comment in your order (a comment section is provided for you during our checkout process) requesting that a signature is obtained by the applicable carrier. If signature services are assessed a fee by the carrier, we reserve the right to add the fee to your order amount upon processing of your payment.

Refusing Order Delivery

All orders are shipped in good faith. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, any refusal of a shipment made by you, regardless of nature, shall constitute fraud. If acceptance of delivery is refused you will be charged:

  • A 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges for the attempted delivery.
  • Return delivery charges to us.
  • Any other fees that may be charged by the carrier.

A Store Credit will be issued to you at that time for the difference.

Tax

Orders shipped within the state of Florida are subject to 6% sales tax and any applicable local or county surtax tax.

Measurements

Heel heights and measurements of any kind are all approximate. Shades and colors vary. 

Colors & Materials

Colors and shades may vary (note that colors and shades may display differently depending on the browser and computer display you use).

Any animal material/pattern references in a product description, such as zebra, snake, etc., are only references to stamped/printed patterns or colors.

Customer Service

Live Customer Service is available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Saturday, or you may leave a message on our voicemail system and we will return your call during normal business hours.

Disputes

You AGREE that any order that you place with ShoeSalon.com constitutes your agreement and consent that any & ALL disputes concerning your order, shall be settled SOLELY by and between you and ShoeSalon.com and no one else.
